Amader Auto Pay provides a licensed digital payment processing platform that facilitates transactions between merchants and customers through authorized integrations.

We do not hold, transfer, or control customer funds directly. Our role is strictly limited to providing a secure technical gateway for processing digital payments including mobile banking, bank transfers, and card payments.

To use Amader Auto Pay services, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You must have a legitimate business or valid purpose for using payment gateway services.
• You must not have been previously suspended or terminated from our platform.
• You must comply with all applicable local and international laws related to digital payments.

By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you are authorized to use the payment methods linked to your account.

Users are solely responsible for the content, legality, and compliance of their websites, products, and business activities. By using Amader Auto Pay, you confirm that:

• Your activities do not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• You will maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You will promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or security breaches.
• You will not use automated systems or bots to interact with our platform without authorization.
• You will provide accurate transaction information and maintain proper records.

Amader Auto Pay strictly forbids the use of its services for any unlawful purposes. The following activities are expressly prohibited:

To access the Payment Link and Landing Page features, you must complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This requires:

• Government-issued ID: A clear copy of your National ID Card (NID), Passport, or Birth Certificate.
• Selfie Verification: A live photo holding your identification document.
• Business Documents: Trade license or business registration (for merchant accounts).
• Address Proof: Utility bill, bank statement, or other valid proof of address.

Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in suspension or termination of access to premium services.

By using our payment gateway, you agree to the following transaction terms:

• All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified.
• Transaction processing times vary by payment method (instant to 24 hours).
• Amader Auto Pay is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or mobile financial service providers.
• Users must ensure sufficient funds are available before initiating transactions.
• Failed transactions due to insufficient funds or incorrect details are the user's responsibility.
• All completed transactions are recorded and can be accessed through your account dashboard.

Amader Auto Pay charges service fees for payment processing. The fee structure includes:

• Transaction Fees: A percentage-based fee applied to each successful transaction, as displayed on your dashboard.
• Withdrawal Fees: Applicable fees for transferring funds from your Amader Auto Pay account to external accounts.
• Currency Conversion: Additional fees may apply for cross-currency transactions.
• Refund Processing: Refund transaction fees may or may not be reversible depending on the payment method.

Amader Auto Pay reserves the right to modify fee structures with prior notice to users. Updated fee schedules will be published on our website and dashboard.

Amader Auto Pay provides the platform "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Specifically:

• We disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• We are not liable for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities resulting from service interruptions.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service availability.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your business operations, compliance with laws, and any disputes arising from transactions processed through our platform.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Amader Auto Pay, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of:

• Your violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Your violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation.
• Your misuse of the Amader Auto Pay platform or services.
• Any third-party claims related to transactions processed through your account.
• Any content, data, or materials submitted or transmitted through your account.

Amader Auto Pay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access under the following circumstances:

• Policy Violations: Any breach of these Terms & Conditions or our Acceptable Use Policy.
• Suspicious Activity: Detection of fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious transactions.
• KYC Non-Compliance: Failure to provide required verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Inactivity: Prolonged account inactivity exceeding 12 months.
• Legal Requirements: Court orders, regulatory directives, or law enforcement requests.
• Maintenance: Scheduled or emergency system maintenance affecting service availability.

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and technology associated with Amader Auto Pay are the exclusive property of Amader Auto Pay and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without written consent.
• You may not use our branding, logos, or trademarks without prior authorization.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used by our platform.
• Any feedback or suggestions provided by you may be used by Amader Auto Pay without obligation.

Participation in the Amader Auto Pay referral program is subject to the following terms:

• Referral bonuses will only be credited for legitimate users and valid transactions.
• Self-referrals or referrals using fake/duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Referral rewards are subject to a minimum transaction threshold before payout.
• Amader Auto Pay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time.
• Fraudulent or abusive activities related to referrals may lead to withholding or reversal of rewards and account suspension.

In the event of any dispute arising from the use of Amader Auto Pay services:

• Step 1: Contact our support team at support@autopay.nextgenking.shop with details of the dispute.
• Step 2: Our team will investigate and provide a resolution within 7-14 business days.
• Step 3: If the dispute remains unresolved, it may be escalated to mediation or arbitration as per applicable laws.
• Step 4: Legal proceedings, if necessary, shall be conducted in the courts of Bangladesh.

Both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiations before pursuing formal legal remedies.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Bangladesh, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Amader Auto Pay reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will be updated.
• Significant changes will be communicated via email notification or a prominent notice on our platform.
• Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• We recommend reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
